SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting One More Farm, LLC. We are a small Pennsylvania farm creating handmade soaps, skincare, body care, household products, and other farm-based goods in small batches.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, texture, or packaging may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade nature of our products.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. One More Farm, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will gladly assist in tracking packages and filing claims when possible, One More Farm, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
