RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At One More Farm, LLC, we take pride in creating handmade farm-based products in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
RETURNS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products including soaps, skincare, body care, and other personal care items.
Unused and unopened non-personal care items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
CANCELING ORDERS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
